Hydrates...
I've been using this product for over 15 years when my hairdresser used this and combined it with the Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream. It doesn't leave my hair greasy and is great prior to blow drying to stop drying damage. Sometimes in the winter if it's extra dry outside, I'll rub a few drops in my palms and rub it through my hair to tame it and give it a sheen.
