Processing Time

Orders received Monday thru Friday by 3 PM Central Standard Time (CST) will be processed on the same business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by 3 PM on Monday. All expedited priority orders must be placed by 3 PM Central Standard Time (CST) to be processed on the same business day. Orders received after 3 PM will be processed the following business day. Same day processing excludes Saturday, Sunday, and Postal Holidays detailed below.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

REFUSED OR RETURNED TO SHIPPER

Any packages refused or returned to us will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% off the invoice for the products ordered. The shipping and handling cost of the original will not be refunded. The customer will be contacted via email or phone to resolve the reason for the refused/ returned shipment. If the customer wants the shipment to be resent, than the customer will be responsible to pay for the shipping cost to BeautyDrama.com. 

Items must be returned, in NEW, or LIKE-NEW condition, and in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING, and with all paperwork including manuals and your packing slip, as well as all accessories to ensure full credit.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective. If it was a free shipping order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Beautyep reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements or without authorization.

Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please request delivery confirmation. We cannot process your return until the item is received. 
The following conditions and exceptions apply.

Partial refunds/Restocking Fees

  • Any item in original condition that is returned within 14 days after delivery: 15% restocking fee, Shipping Charge is not refundable
  • Any item in original condition that is returned between 15 days and 30 days: 20% restocking fee
  • Any item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: No returns are accepted
  • Any item has obvious signs of use and returned: NO REFUND!
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: NO REFUND!
  • If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please contact the manufacturer!

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Beautyep.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE 

If you receive goods in damaged box(es), verify the extent of the damage with the delivery person and request immediate inspection for filing claims later by you. If you find concealed damage(s), DO NOT remove contents but call the carrier for inspection and report. Wrong shipments will be credited or replaced free of any charges; all other returns will be charged 20% of invoice value, whichever is greater.

 
International & Overseas
 
Unfortunately, we don't offer free shipping to other countries outside of United States but continue to work with our shipper to give our overseas customers better shipping rates.

USPS Priority Mail - 2 days in most cases. Delivery up to 9 business days for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Island customers.

USPS Express Mail - 1 business day

All United States Postal Service include Saturday delivery, residential delivery, Mail boxes, Mail Slots, and PO Boxes.

APO/FPO orders are ship out via USPS. Delivery will take approximately 1 to 3 weeks.

Only USPS deliveries will be made on Saturday but not on Sunday.

All orders shipped within Texas will be charged state sales tax. Please note that the sales tax for Texas orders is calculated based upon the total price of the order, including shipping and handling.

Exact delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin Island cannot be guaranteed. 

Hazardous Materials 

Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, nail polish etc.) are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend UPS Ground. USPS Ground is also an option for shipments in the continental United States. For P.O. Box addresses, USPS Ground (Parcel Post) is the only shipping method available. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to either Alaskan and Hawaiian addresses.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from beautydrama.com for any reason, please return it for a refund. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error. We will give you a refund or send you another item as long as the merchandise is returned in the same condition you received it. We ask that any returns are unwashed, unworn, undamaged including the packaging, and contains all original price tags and labels attached & undamaged. Any products shown to be used such as trimmed, cut, odor on product and styling product residues found on merchandise will be rejected. It is recommended that all returns are shipped back in corrugated boxes to prevent damage to the packaging or product during transit. Physical damage to any product purchased from beautydrama.com will effectively void the return policy. Physical damage includes item that has been altered, worn, cut or damaged, missing item package will void return policy. As a result, beautydrama.com will return any physically damaged item back to the customer at the customer's expense.

All returns and exchanges require our Return (RMS) Authorization Form. Simply login to your account, click "Completed Orders" and click "Return Items". Complete the form and then submit. A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message and with an RMS Number, if necessary, send you shipping instructions for returning the item. BeautyDrama.com will not accept returns without an RMS Number.

Once we receive the merchandise back, our quality assurance team will inspect the product and process the return. It may take up to 14 days to receive a credit/refund for all returns.

Note: Customer is solely responsible for shipping any Returned/Exchange product to BeautyDrama.com. BeautyDrama.com recommends that you

  1. Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and either insure your package for safe return to Beautyep.com or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. 
  2. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking or insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

We can only refund you the shipping charge if the item was sent wrong or was defective. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any Returned/Exchange product to Beautyep.com.


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account and follow the return process. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
