Leakage

I ordered 3 boxes of 6 bottles each of the color D12. In 1 of the boxes, several of the bottles had leaked and it was everywhere. Hard to clean up, plus I lost product I paid for. Otherwise, I like the product.

I have been using Clairol Beautiful Hair Collection since the age of 36 when my hair started to go grey. I can't use peroxide or other harsh chemicals because I am allergic to it. The honey brown gives light hair lights in your hair with the the rest a light brown according to how long you keep it in your hair. Makes your hair look fuller and conditions it making it soft. I am now almost 70 and plan on using it for the rest of my life. Please keep making this product. I use it twice a week.
