Originally received a broken (damaged by ups) product. I submitted a replacement request to Beauty drama, and they shipped me out a replacement the very next business day. Ups picked up the damaged product, and everything was handled in a timely and very friendly manner. As far as the straightener, it is hands down the best straightener I have ever used. 10/10 would buy again.
